According to the ICF – the International Coach Federation, the largest organization in the world for certification of coach training programmes and for independent certification of professional coaches, coaching is:

[blockquote text=”partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires then to maximize their personal and professional potential.” text_color=”” width=”” line_height=”undefined” background_color=”” border_color=”” show_quote_icon=”yes” quote_icon_color=”#13456d”]

At Menslab we think of coaching as a professional relationship developed on solid competencies. The coach is an expert in a process that by means of questions and observations accompanies the client to define the wished-for results clearly, acquire new perspectives, and become aware of his/her resources while gaining new learning useful for developing possibilities of action and making quality choices which will produce concrete results
